Thank you to Greg Needham for lending me his uber-pimp wheel-set for this weekend's Welsh National Criterium Championships in Cardigan. I hope I do them justice.

This is a target event for me and I'm holding some form.

I'm heading down the M4 to Pembrokeshire Friday night for a circuit recce on Saturday. The National event is the final race of the day on Sunday. I'm filled with nervous excitement.
