Bank Holiday Monday went something like this.
Wake up at 5.05am.

Drive the length of the M4 from Haverfordwest to Redbridge Cycle Centre.

Pay entry, collect race numbers, ask for help to get skinsuit on.

Look outside. It's still raining - remove skinsuit, apply embrocation to chest and put on another 2 baselayers.

Start.
-
Drive yourself into the ground to split field apart.

Finish 5th.

Change.
